Painting what they saw.

Fine Art that shows you in full color what historical figures, civilians, and soldiers saw in their time. Step back in time to towns, battlefields, homes, churches, and hospitals. Purchase a print, original artwork, or commission your own project.

Your Questions, Answered

How long does a typical commission take?

Timeline depends on scale and complexity, but most projects move from concept to realization in weeks if photographic references are available. Larger oils may take several months. Projects involving more intense research obviously lengthen the time period.

What time periods do you work in?

I am primarily interested in the American Civil War time period, but all time periods are of interest. I love bringing the photography of Brady, Gardner, O’Sullivan, Tyson, and Tipton to full-color life.

Do you sell prints?

For sure. I photograph the artwork myself and then order Fine Art paper or canvas giclees from an outside art company on demand, so allow time for that.
